Free WiFi was great.when it actually worked. The city views were stunning, if you didn't mind squinting through smudged windows. And the terrace was the perfect place to catch a cold on a chilly evening.

Despite the small size of the double room, the room temperature was comfortable, especially considering the cold weather outside. the location of the apartment was convenient, with a pharmacy just a 3, minute walk away and the train and subway stations a mere 4, minute walk away.

The check, in process at Betariel Apartments M12 could have been better. We experienced a delay in check, in, waiting for approximately 50 minutes in the main lobby with unresponsive computers.

I keep coming back to this place for my city breaks. The staff's sweet attitude towards my old parents during our first stay won my heart. With free Wi-Fi, lift, 24-hour security, and a no smoking policy, it suits me perfectly. No regrets!
